Chun-Li vs Cammy

Cammy's Cannon Spike criss-crossing the Spinning Bird Kick!

Uh oh, she's missed the head shot and is gonna get clocked by Chun's left peg! That's what's supposed to going on anyways.

This was my entry to the Udon Street Fighter Tribute contest (*UdonCrew).

The winners are to be featured in their upcoming book but, alas, it didn't make the grade. However only 163 were chosen from over 1300 so the odds were quite remote! Unfortunately, my Frankenstein deadlines meant I had to work through an entire night to get this in on time!

I'm attempting to get all the deviantart entries that Udon didn't choose collected in one place so, if you've done one, please drop me a note at ~streetfightertribute and I'll stick your entry in the favs gallery!

PS. Anyone who has come to my gallery recently may spot the last piece I drew was also a catfight... this is a coincidence! The last one was an ATOM brief and I've wanted do draw Chunners and Cameron duke it out for years but couldn't be arsed. There'll be no more fighting femmes (not even for large sums of money... probably). :)

I didn't intend it to be risque.

I came up with the angle of Chun's SB kick then thought it would be an original cool idea if Cammy's kick was so close to her face she could she her reflection in the boot. I then tried to hide her behind Chun coz I was aware she was a bit 'exposed' in the Cannon Spike pose...

Oh well, you're probably right. Dammit. Tried to get too many ideas to work and it's not come out as I had planned. Sometimes one can get blind to the overall picture and need to take a step back.

Lovin' your work tho man, hot damn! Those legs go on for miles! I love how close the boot is to her face, she's like, WHOA! I think the anatomy is awesome for how contorted they are, perspective and whatnot. And the hands! I like 'em. :nod:

Actually, there is a kinda scissor-esque silhouette formed by the characters but no "scissor action".
